Dieting during intense exercise period  Dmitry Melnik | 7/23/2007

Hey guys, any thoughts on how to eat right for good recovery.  Rob and I are now getting ready for the Masters Nationals and need all the advice we can get from you!  Should one eat more or less during the immediate pre-competition period?  Should the diet change somehow?  Any ideas are welcome and appreciated!
