No medals to report this time again, but we had a real good time! Matt got baptized and Dima got the taste of Charleston again.

By the way, we learned that Head of the South is one of the top 15 regattas in the country. The river is beautiful but the course is not a straight line to say the least...more of a slalom course...:)

Anyway, thanks for all your support and encouragment. Especial thanks to our significant others!

Prevent Blindness America (www.preventblindness.org) has just posted a research results of which are summarized here:

1. 600,000 sports-related eye injuries per year in America;

2. 40,000 of these require emergency care.

Though many of these injuries result from contact sports, it's a good time to remind ourselves that our vision is a gift and we need to take a good care of our eyes.

Please remember to have sunglasses when the sun is bright!
