Hey guys, any thoughts on how to eat right for good recovery.  Rob and I are now getting ready for the Masters Nationals and need all the advice we can get from you!  Should one eat more or less during the immediate pre-competition period?  Should the diet change somehow?  Any

Rob D'Italia

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Rob from the childhood was a part of the renowned rowing centers of North America.
 
For many years he competed for Vesper Boat Club (www.vesperboatclub.org), racing both sweep and sculling boats and participating in the national level rowing events.

Rob currently is an Oncology Account Manager at GlaxoSmithKline in Charleston, SC.
